Our Thanksgiving ham
The glaze was simple and delicious.  Start with two jars of our Apricot Habanero Jam with a half cup of stone ground mustard and a half cup of borbon  (we used Wild turkey).  Combine in a small sauce pan.  Stir on medium heat for two minutes until well combined.  Brush mixture over the ham.  Retain a half cup.  Bake the ham (7-10 pound spiral cut, bone-in ham) in a 350 degree oven for 2 hours or until the internal temparture is 140 degree.  Baste every thirty minutes with the drippings in the pan and the remaining glaze as needed.
