Introducing Our Sampler Packs
We now have sampler packs of four mini jars of our jellies if you can not decide what flavor you want to try or as a great Christmas gift. We have packs that include four of our spicy jellies, including Apricot and Mango Habanero, Strawberry Jalapeno and Pineapple or Cranberry Jalapeno. We also have our wines jellies, Cabrenet Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio and Sangria and either Mango or Passion Fruit Rum Punch. We also a fruit pack that includes our No Sugar Added Apple Butter, Mustang Grape, Ginger Pear and Blueberry. Or create your own.

Jellies and Jams
The jellies and jams are great for breakfast on toast and biscuits (check out the Lagniappe page for the best biscuit recipe I have ever found). In addition, they are great served with cream cheese and crackers as a snack.
For an appetizer that is sure to impress press the cream cheese into small half balls and fill with one of the jellies or jams. Put the halves together and roll in finely chopped pecans.
You can also take pastry shells and fill them with cream cheese and a dollop of any of the jellies or jams for an elegant dessert.
Our spicy jellies are made with homegrown habanero, jalapeno and bell peppers.The Mango Habanero is great on chicken wings (check out the Lagniappe page for our recipe for chicken wings using corn starch instead of flour). Melt a little or a lot of the jelly in a skillet and roll your fried wings in the jelly.
The Apricot Habanero is great on pork loin. Melt the jelly and pour over the loin half way through for a great sweet and spicy glaze.
Our Wine Jellies are also great for breakfast. We call them our grape jellies on steriods. They make a wonderful treat with cream cheese or brie. They can also be used as a glaze on beef, chicken or seafood.
The Cocktail Jellies (Mango Rum Punch and Passion Fruit Rum Punch) can be used as a topping on ice cream, pancakes, waffles or funnel cakes. For a healthy breakfast, try them as a parfait with yogurt and granola.
We now offer our sausage in a spicy, regular or mild pork version and regular turkey version.
The sausage can be pan-fried with a little water to keep it from sticking or grilled in the casing. It can also be taken out of the casing and made into patties or meatballs.
If the sausage is too spicy, we have taken it out of the casing and mixed a pound of sausage with a pound of ground hamburger or turkey. The seasonings from the sausage will season the other meat nicely and you will cut the heat in half.
It is also great for breakfast as a patty or crumbled with scrambled eggs or in a breakfast casserole.
One of the kid's and grandkid's favorites is to crumble the sausage and fry it slightly. Mix the sausage with beaten eggs and cheese and pour in small muffins pans. You can then top each muffin with peppers, onions and/or mushrooms depending on what folks want.
We offer a spicy, medium and mild Tomatillo Salsa made with homegrown tomatillos and jalapenos.
